The sources, the ladder, and the corrections covenant — the page that lets you grade our work.
Secondary summaries — the guide farms, the landlord blogs, the forms sites — originate nothing here. We checked their homework during the build and found Washington notice still listed at 60 days, eight months dead. Our dataset is stamped cell by cell, and every verdict prints its stamp: Rules checked October 2026.
Coverage before amount, amount before notice, notice before timing — because that is the order in which the answers decide cases. An exemption that fails makes the cap argument unnecessary to reach; a defective notice delays an increase regardless of its size. Where a fact we cannot see decides coverage — an owner’s structure, a notice you may or may not have received — the checker says so and asks for the two facts instead of guessing. A verdict that degrades honestly is the product; false precision is the competitors’ disease.
This dataset is alive on a schedule the states themselves publish: Washington’s new cap each June, California’s regional table each August, Oregon’s each September, DC’s each spring, Montgomery County’s each July — and every January, the new statutes from the prior session. We re-check on that calendar, and the stamp moves when we do.
Find a number here that contradicts its cited source and write to help@doogex.com. A verified error is corrected and re-stamped within a week, and if it ever reaches the point of a wrong paid verdict, the freeze rules in our build record stop kit sales until the layer is re-verified. That is the whole covenant, in public, where it belongs.
